Ashlee’s Journey in Beauty
Ashlee’s love for beauty began early in life, inspired by her background in dance as a competitive dancer and her fascination with stage makeup for her theater and dance competitions. After earning her esthetician license from the Steiner Institute of Esthetics in Baltimore, MD in 2012, she honed her skills in makeup and beauty while working at industry giants of the likes of Sephora and Ulta.
When Ashlee moved to Atlanta in 2023, joining Authentic Beauty felt like coming home. “I’ve never worked anywhere for as long as I have been working in beauty where the team feels so solid. We’re like family, and I adore my clients. They’re great to talk to, fun, and it truly feels like a community.”
