The Makeup & Fashion Forecast for Spring 2016
The hues on the Spring runways took us on a colorful journey through the ages featuring cleopatra blues, innocent, romantic and playful pinks of the 60s and bronzes and golds from the disco era. Blue was a definitive color seen on the runways of Missoni, Chanel, and Marc Jacobs and blue eyeliner drew all the attention to the eyes.
Bronze made an early ground hog like appearance on the runways of Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger and Rag & Bone where it was endless summer on cheeks and lids. And it was pure romance on the runways of Marchesa, Erdem, and Dolce & Gabbana where playful pinks and peaches lingered on lips and then headed north to the eyes and lids adding a soft, sensual and youthful feature to the face.
