In order to shine some light on the hot topic of spring prom, we asked three local high school prom-goers to share their individual style.
Here are Skyler, Bella and Hannah’s prom 2017 looks:
Bohemian Style
Skyler chose to go the trendy route and wear this gorgeous Free People Golden Dawn Maxi in ivory. For Skyler’s look, we chose a clean beige eye paired with a simple black winged liner. We picked a dusty pink lip to help offset the simple beauty of the eye color. To carry the bohemian aesthetic from head to toe, we completed her look with a messy fishtail braid. This look is an ideal way to stand out while still letting your natural beauty shine through on prom night.
Hollywood Glam
Bella picked a very on trend wine colored dress to accent her beautiful dark hair and deep brown eyes. Bella has a timeless style and chose an old Hollywood glam aesthetic. We used a burgundy palette for her deep maroon smokey eye and paired it with a flirty lip to really make a statement. She picked a classic soft waved hairstyle to complete her Hollywood glam prom night pick.
Classic Black
Hannah’s prom dress was a timeless, classic, black dress with an open back. The look was paired with an elegant smokey eye using grey undertones to complement the bold maroon lip. After having a complete makeover with one of the many talented artists at Authentic Beauty, we decided to finish off the look with a curled half up style.
