We are seeking a talented and driven brow assistant (who is either licensed in the state of Georgia or is currently in esthetics school and getting ready to graduate) that is ready to be trained in the art of tweeze-only brow services by the brow guru and Authentic Beauty CEO and founder, Alyson Howard-Hoag. This is a coveted position and an incredible opportunity to expand your skills in brow shaping, brow regrowth, brow tinting, brow laminations and more! In this role, you will gain valuable experience and continued education and is ideal for someone looking to learn and grow in the beauty industry.
We are also hiring a talented brow and makeup artist in Atlanta who is licensed in the state of Georgia and has a proven track record of crafting beautiful brows and creating gorgeous makeup for clients. As a makeup and brow artist at Authentic Beauty, you will offer makeup lessons, makeup applications, and brow shaping services using our ‘tweeze-only’ brow method. In this sought-after position, you can expand your beauty experience and receive continued education in makeup artistry and brows. This position also has the potential to grow your skills and abilities with other services we offer at the salon, thus expanding your service menu.
Both of these positions are full-time opportunities, and we are looking for candidates that are ultra passionate about makeup artistry, beautiful brows, selling high-quality, clean beauty products to our clients, are meticulous in appearance and with their work, committed to hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, and love working with people.

Minimum Requirements:
- Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician in Georgia (or about to graduate from esthetics school for the brow assistant position.)
- Loves working with clients and will personalize each client’s beauty experience at the salon.
- Is flexible, a team player and can multitask easily.
- Has the desire to excel, learn, and grow.
- Has clear and professional communication skills.
- Continuous standing and walking for 8 hours and can lift up to 40 lbs.
- Has a passion for building and maintaining a loyal clientele list and meets and exceeds monthly sales goals.
- Maintains a professional appearance at the salon.
- Is reliable and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays and events as needed.
- Shows up on time and is ready to work upon arrival.
- Maintains studio cleanliness, practices salon hygiene practices at all times and maintains compliance with all state board regulations.
- Will recommend products to clients at the end of each service, and can operate the POS system and any of the salon’s technology as needed. (Training will be provided.)
