Elina Fuhrman is the best-selling author of SOUPELINA’S SOUP CLEANSE, as well as a celebrity Chef + Founder of Soupelina and cancer conqueror. When Elina was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer that would put a stand still on most people’s lives, she turned her diagnosis into action by founding Soupelina.
Elina’s mission-driven company not only serves her community but also revolutionizes the way America looks at food with its food-as-medicine philosophy. With soup names like Lentil Me Entertain You, Kale-ifornia Dreamin’ and I Yam Who I Yam, Soupelina wants people to have fun while eating healthy.
Elina has been a dear friend for years. She will be in Atlanta for a couple days and has been gracious enough to join us for a book signing and soup tasting. We will also be serving wine. Please come by and see our newly renovated space.
